Inside: an 18-page guide, an editable planner and seven stall cards for your phone.

You’ve thought about this business for months. There’s still nothing you could show anyone.
- You’ve done the research properly: the podcasts, the books, the accounts you check more often than you’d admit.
- You’ve rewritten the plan more than once. The plan is fine. There’s just nothing else yet.
- You’ve switched ideas right when the old one started to feel real.
- You’re waiting for a quieter month, a clearer head, or to feel ready.
- Your job gets your best hours. The business gets what’s left of your evenings.
If someone asked to see your business tomorrow, what would you open?
This kit is for that gap: from thinking about it to one thing that exists.
Another weekend of research, or one weekend of making something
Another weekend of research
- A few more podcast episodes and another tool comparison
- A cleaner version of the plan you already have
- A new idea that suddenly looks better than yours
Sunday evening: nothing you could show anyone.
One weekend with the kit
- 10 minutes to count the hours you really have and pick a piece that fits them
- 60 to 90 minutes in, part of the real work exists
- The rest of the weekend to finish it
Sunday evening: your offer, your first issue or your first sample, ready to show one person.
A real piece of your business, sized to your weekend
Something a buyer or reader would see or use, finished and ready to show one person. A name, a logo or another round of research doesn’t count yet.
Your offer in one paragraph: who it’s for, what they get, a price
For the service you’ve been describing in your head for months.
Issue one of your newsletter, written and edited
For the newsletter that has had a name for a year and no first issue.
A first product sample, made, photographed and described
For the product that so far exists as a mood board.
Rough guides for someone working alone. The guide adds books and websites, and shows you how to size your own piece.
A guide you read once, a planner you write in
Days 1 and 2: choose, commit and create. Days 3 to 6: refine it and share it where that fits. Day 7: review what’s done and decide what’s next.
Every step comes with a worked example, so you see a good answer before you write your own. The two people in the examples are invented and labelled that way.

For the evening you’d rather do anything else
Seven stall cards for your phone. Each starts with a question, because “what if people see it?” and “I just need to research this first” need different answers.
Fear of being seen
Is something concrete missing, or are you worried how it will look? The card gives you a move for each.
Other people’s opinions
Is the advice relevant, and does it give a reason you can check? Keep what’s useful, then decide yourself.
One more round of research
Does your next step really depend on it? If yes: one exact question, a time limit. If not: park it.
Lost days
A ten-minute restart: shrink the piece, move the date, or both. What you’ve finished still counts.

Penelope
I’ve built an international career, held leadership positions, started businesses and run my own boutique hotel, with real successes and real setbacks. I also know what it’s like to have an idea, hear everyone’s doubts and seriously consider the sensible path again.
I made this kit for the gap between wanting to build something and having anything to show for it. A weekend won’t build your business. It can produce the first real piece of it, and that changes what you do next.
Before you buy
Will I have a business by Sunday?
No. You’ll have one real piece of it, finished: something that has been sitting in your notes. The days after are for refining it and, where it fits, getting it in front of someone.
What if I don’t have a free weekend?
Use your two freest days in a row as day 1 and day 2. If you open it on a weekday, there’s a ten-minute start for tonight, and the setup waits for your first free day.
Do I have to post anything publicly or sell to anyone?
No. Showing your piece to one trusted person counts. If a public launch or a sales message doesn’t suit it yet, you don’t do one.
I keep changing my idea. Is this for me?
Yes, if you can pick the one you keep coming back to. The kit won’t choose between your ideas for you. It helps you make something real with the one you pick.
What do I need to use it?
A PDF reader for the guide, Microsoft Word for the planner (or write straight into the guide’s boxes), and your phone for the stall cards.
Where are the reviews?
It’s new, so there aren’t any yet. I’d rather show you the pages than invent praise.
Who sells it? Refunds and VAT?
Digistore24 sells and delivers it as reseller and handles payment, invoice and refunds. The price of €19 includes VAT. The order form shows the refund and withdrawal terms before you pay.
It’s been in your notes long enough.
One weekend for the first real piece. Seven days to get it out of your head.
